Your Role
As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working alongside our Partners to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across our office locations, primarily in Grand Blanc and Brighton. This is your opportunity to lead and shine in areas like human resources, internal operations, and special initiatives while creating a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Coordination: Oversee building operations, including supply orders, scheduling safety inspections, and coordinating maintenance to keep our offices running smoothly.
Human Resources & Staff Development: Guide and support team members by managing employee files, monitoring workloads, overseeing performance processes, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
Productivity & Quality Assurance: Develop and evaluate systems that enhance efficiency and align staff productivity with firm standards.
Technology Support: Be the first point of contact for technological solutions, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Partners to analyze office profitability, create standard operating procedures, and execute strategic goals that drive success.
Special Projects: Take the lead on various projects that contribute to our mission while maintaining absolute confidentiality of client and personnel information.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field.
Leadership: You’re a natural leader with a knack for motivating and empowering others.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: You have an eagle eye for details and a commitment to excellence.
Problem-Solver: You thrive on overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems is a must.
Experience: You bring at least 4 years of experience in professional services and know your way around financial and productivity metrics.
Compensation
- $25-28/hour based on experience
